Coaching sessions take place throughout the year for juniors to improve their techniques, working through the Golf Foundation’s “Junior Golf Passport”.

The Junior Golf Passport allows juniors, parents and coaches to view and input progress in all areas of the game using the progress chart within the passport provided. Different tasks will be completed each week in the following areas: - Putting - Short game - Swing - On the course - Prepare for golf - Fit for golf. Skills for life Information about the passport can be found at Junior Golf Passport.

During school holidays there will be regular coaching days and events designed to be fun and an opportunity to improve the juniors’ golf. Also, the more experienced juniors then will have the opportunity to start playing the course in fun, supervised sessions.

Dates for group coaching will be communicated on the Junior noticeboard, located in the entrance to the clubhouse and via email. Those who have completed the coaching sessions and want to continue with their golf may choose to become a member of the Golf Club. This can be done with advise and assistance of the coaches and junior organisers.

You can sign up for lessons on our Pro Shop website or call the Pro Shop at 01202 708092
