The Parkstone Trophy

The Parkstone Trophy is a team amateur scratch foursomes knockout competition for players aged 55 years or older on the day of play.

Each fixture consists of ten 18-hole matches, five played AM & five PM, with each team consisting of ten players in five pairs. A player may only play for one club in any year and the aggregate ages of the last pair must be 125 years or more on the day of play.

The Trophy is a specially commissioned Poole Pottery plate. Each member of the winning team appearing in the final are presented with a suitably inscribed medal. The runner up team in the final are presented with the Parkstone Trophy Salver and each player with a medal.
